Delivery Locations<\/h2><p>We currently deliver to selected locations within <strong>Hyderabad\/Secunderabad<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Delivery availability may depend on your PIN code, product availability, delivery capacity, and local conditions.<\/p><p>You can check whether delivery is available to your location during checkout.<\/p><h2>2. Delivery Charges<\/h2><p>Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.<\/p><p>Delivery may be free for orders above a specified minimum order value, as communicated on our website.<\/p><h2>3. Delivery Time<\/h2><p>Orders are generally delivered <strong>within 4 hours after successful order confirmation<\/strong>, subject to product availability and delivery capacity.<\/p><p>For fresh fruits and vegetables, delivery may be scheduled according to available delivery slots. <strong>Fresh fruits and vegetables are currently delivered only on Wednesdays and Saturdays.<\/strong><\/p><p>All orders placed <strong>before 3:00 PM<\/strong> will be tried to be delivered on the same day.<\/p><p>Orders placed <strong>after 3:00 PM<\/strong> will be delivered on the next day, subject to available delivery slots.<\/p><p>Estimated delivery times may vary because of:<\/p><ul><li><p>Product availability<\/p><\/li><li><p>Weather conditions<\/p><\/li><li><p>Traffic<\/p><\/li><li><p>Local restrictions<\/p><\/li><li><p>Delivery partner availability<\/p><\/li><li><p>Unexpected operational circumstances<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery deadlines unless specifically stated otherwise.<\/p><h2>4. Fresh Fruits and Vegetables<\/h2><p>Fresh produce is perishable and may have a limited shelf life.<\/p><p>Because fruits and vegetables are natural products, there may be reasonable variations in:<\/p><ul><li><p>Size<\/p><\/li><li><p>Shape<\/p><\/li><li><p>Colour<\/p><\/li><li><p>Weight<\/p><\/li><li><p>Ripeness<\/p><\/li><li><p>Texture<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>We make reasonable efforts to select fresh and good-quality produce for every order.<\/p><p>Where products are sold by weight, the final quantity may vary slightly due to natural variations and practical weighing considerations.<\/p><h2>5. Order Processing<\/h2><p>Orders are processed after successful payment or confirmation of the selected payment method.<\/p><p>If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may:<\/p><ul><li><p>Offer a suitable replacement with your approval;<\/p><\/li><li><p>Remove the unavailable product and refund the applicable amount; or<\/p><\/li><li><p>Cancel the affected order where necessary.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2>6. Delivery Attempts<\/h2><p>Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address during the selected delivery window.<\/p><p>If delivery cannot be completed because:<\/p><ul><li><p>Nobody is available;<\/p><\/li><li><p>The address or phone number is incorrect;<\/p><\/li><li><p>The customer refuses delivery;<\/p><\/li><li><p>The delivery location is inaccessible; or<\/p><\/li><li><p>The customer is unreachable,<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>we may contact the customer to arrange another delivery attempt. Additional delivery charges may apply where applicable.<\/p><h2>7. Inspection at Delivery<\/h2><p>Customers are encouraged to inspect fresh produce and other products promptly upon delivery.<\/p><p>If you receive an item that is damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or otherwise not in acceptable condition, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within <strong>12 hours of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Photographs or other evidence may be requested to process a complaint.<\/p><h2>8. Delayed Deliveries<\/h2><p>We make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated delivery period. However, delays may occur because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.<\/p><p>These may include severe weather, natural disasters, traffic problems or restrictions, strikes, government restrictions, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.<\/p><h2>9. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch<\/h2><p>Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to our <strong>Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, particularly for perishable products.<\/p><h2>10.
